A small number of bedrooms are available that can be booked on a first come, first served basis at the time of registration.

Rooms are King rooms (1 x double bed for single occupancy = 1 guest) and are inclusive of Scottish Breakfast, include VAT at the current rate.

Yes - BACPR members are encouraged to register (via card payment only) before the early bird registration rate of 30 May to get the best rate - £230



Yes – abstract presenters receive a discounted rate. This will be available only once the abstract selection has been announced.

Abstract presenters who are BACPR members get the early bird rate of £230

Abstract presenters who are not BACPR members get a discounted rate of £285 (normally £385)

Yes – new for 2025 we have a small number of bedrooms that can be booked on a first come, first served basis.

Rooms are King rooms (1 x double bed for single occupancy) and are inclusive of Scottish Breakfast, include VAT at the current rate and are charged at £199 per night.

If twin or double occupancy is required an additional £15 per night is applicable.
