This conference is aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs) only.
A number of pharmaceutical companies will have promotional exhibition stands at this meeting and the ABPI (Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry) code of practice states that: HCPs and ORDMs are the only delegates who can be exposed to promotional content for POMs (prescription-only medicines).
Can we remind you that this makes it imperative that due to pharmaceutical companies being present at this events that the promotion of POMs is limited to only HCPs and ORDMs. This applies to pharmaceutical exhibition stands and all sponsored symposia.
The ABPI Code also applies to the use of social media.

We respectfully ask that anyone not falling into this category does not enter the lecture theatre during the sponsored symposia sessions or visit the pharmaceutical exhibition stands or surrounding areas at the conference.

These organisations have had no input into the development of the conference programme, or influenced the choice of speakers.
Sponsoring organisations will not be contributing in any way to the organisation and running of any social activities around the conference period.

A small number of bedrooms are available that can be booked on a first come, first served basis at the time of registration.
Rooms are King rooms (1 x double bed for single occupancy = 1 guest) and are inclusive of Scottish Breakfast, include VAT at the current rate.
