IMPORTANT: By completing this on-line form (even if you have not paid at the time of booking) you have formed a commitment to attend the BACPR annual conference taking place from Thursday 9 – Friday 10 October at the Hilton Hotel Glasgow which can only be cancelled by the deadline outlined for cancellations and refunds below (although substitutions can be made) until Monday 1 September 2025 otherwise the full fee is due.
Amendments to registration:
Any amendments must be submitted, in writing, to the conference organisers.
No charge will be made for amendments to registration for name changes or substitutions.
Cancellations:
Notification of cancellation must be sent, in writing, to the conference office.
Cancellations will be accepted until Monday 1 September 2025 with a refund of all pre-paid fees.
No refund for cancellations will be made after this date, but named substitutions can be made.
Accompanying Persons:
Guests will not be able to access the conference or exhibition and posters. Guests may attend the dinner.

In the event of cancellation of the conference all pre-paid fees will be re-funded in full. In particular, the organisers will not be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their partners.
Delegates are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal possessions as the conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
The mee conference ting organisers will hold and process your personal details on our database. This information is necessary for the legitimate management of this conference, which may include it being available to any organising/exhibiting company.
The database will be transferred to the property of the BACPR once the conference has concluded. If you wish your details to be removed from our database, you may write to us at any time.
